Real Projects. Real Results.
From multi-site enterprise infrastructure to professional business websites — here's how WiseICT has helped Australian businesses modernise their technology.
Mobile House — Multi-Site Infrastructure Design & Managed Support
Mobile House is an authorised Samsung and Apple service contractor operating across 6 offices in Melbourne and Sydney, with remote teams in the Philippines and China. WiseICT designed and deployed their complete IT infrastructure from the ground up.
The Challenge
Mobile House needed to connect 40+ staff across 8 locations — including Australian offices, a Manila call centre, and a Shenzhen finance team — with a centralised ERP system integrated with Samsung's GSPN repair management API. Existing ad-hoc networking was causing data silos, slow performance, and security risks.
The Solution
WiseICT designed and deployed a full infrastructure stack: dual on-premise Windows servers in Melbourne and Sydney running Hyper-V VMs, site-to-site VPN connecting all 8 locations, and direct API integration with Samsung GSPN for real-time repair job management.
Dual head-office servers (MEL + SYD)
Windows Server, Hyper-V VMs, Samsung GSPN ERP integration and API connectivity
Site-to-site VPN across 8 locations
Melbourne, Sydney, Manila call centre, Shenzhen finance — all tunnelled and secured
Automated offsite backup
Daily cloud replication with documented and tested recovery procedures
Ongoing managed support
Remote helpdesk, patch management, and proactive monitoring across all sites
“WiseICT handled everything from cabling to cloud — our staff across Melbourne, Sydney, Manila and Shenzhen are all connected and productive from day one.”

Melbourne Accounting Firm — Professional Business Website
A Melbourne-based accounting firm needed a professional online presence to attract new clients and clearly communicate their services. Their existing site was outdated, not mobile-friendly, and had no enquiry system.
The Challenge
The firm had no way for potential clients to easily find their services online or get in touch after hours. Their old website was built in 2015 and was not optimised for mobile devices or search engines.
The Solution
WiseICT designed and built a clean, professional website with a services overview, team profiles, and an integrated contact form that routes enquiries directly to the firm's inbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare for fast, reliable delivery across Australia.
Professional website design
Clean, modern design reflecting the firm's brand and professionalism
Mobile-responsive layout
Fully optimised for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Contact form integration
Enquiry form with email notifications and spam protection

Trades Business — Booking & Quote Request Portal
A Melbourne-based electrical contractor wanted a website that could handle online quote requests, showcase past work, and allow customers to book inspections — reducing time spent on phone calls.
The Challenge
The business owner was spending 2–3 hours daily answering phone calls for basic quote requests and scheduling. They needed a system where customers could submit job details online and receive an automated acknowledgement.
The Solution
WiseICT built a functional business website with an online quote request form, service area map, photo gallery of completed work, and automated email confirmation to customers. The admin receives structured job details instantly.
Quote request form
Structured form capturing job type, location, photos, and preferred timing
Automated email notifications
Instant confirmation to customer and structured job summary to owner
Work gallery
Photo showcase of completed electrical projects to build trust
Google Reviews integration

Retail Import Business — Product Showcase Website
An Australian importer of consumer goods needed a clean product showcase website to support their wholesale clients and serve as a professional reference point for new business relationships.
The Challenge
The business was operating purely through WeChat and email, with no English-language web presence. Potential Australian wholesale clients had no way to verify the business or browse the product catalogue.
The Solution
WiseICT designed a bilingual product showcase website with a categorised product catalogue, company profile, wholesale enquiry form, and Australian contact details — giving the business a credible online presence for both local and international partners.
Bilingual website (EN/ZH)
English and Chinese content for Australian and Asian market partners
Product catalogue
Categorised showcase with product images, specs, and MOQ information
Wholesale enquiry form
Structured form for wholesale pricing and availability requests
Domain and hosting setup
Australian domain registration, SSL, and Cloudflare CDN configuration
“Our Australian clients can now look us up and see a proper website. It has made a real difference in how new partners perceive us.”
